Q} Why are there so many females in your film?
A} Too many movies have main lead roles as males, with females taking support roles. I thought, since I love women, I'd change that around.

Q} Why did you choose Will Moore as your director.
A} Because he's brilliant!

Q} What kind of budget did you have?
A} Less than a million. How much? Whatever we could borrow legally and sell property to bail us out.

Q} Has any other film inspired you to make this one?
A} Yes. Every modern French film I watch, some Italian, and a few from Eastern European countries. None American or British, really.

Q} As you are only just coming up to shoot the film, how do you know it will ever get released?
A} If we do a good job, which we will, the movie will definitely get released - probably straight to DVD. Why? Because it's different and it's good.

Q} Why have you named your production company Sex & Death?
A} Because after all the thinking stuff is done and said, life is only really about two things: sex and death. I think.

Q} What advice would you give to other low budget film makers?
A} The big thing I learned is this: find some great actors, a location you can control completely, and then if you write... create a script based on these elements. If you don't write, find one more asset - a person who can. You need a lot of money to create a 2 hour film. You can buy low technology and do it, but the time in post production is longer. If you wish to make a film of a script and you have a small budget, go for a character-driven story! Find a gifted person to direct and act as a DOP. A hard task!

A} No. Last time I went to any school was over 40 years ago. More...
